Appointments were made to come to my home and my nursing case mamger told me that Dr. Smith openly admitted that he just forgot to come see me. I am one of his homebound patients. When he sent his P.A. out to see me finally after I was well that man brought his wife and both being P.A.'s one shouldhave rememebered to bring a blood pressure cuff, neither did. I have high blood pressure, emphysema, diabetes, and COPD. Neither one of them listened to my lungs or addressed my conerns about needed medication adjustments.
