Dr. Tingzon and her staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and accommodate special requests. Having moved to the area from out-of-state, it is difficult to find new doctors who are competent and trustworthy, but we found this in Dr. Tingzon. Dr. Tingzon is a well-educated and highly qualified dentist.

She is very nice but I hate her staff. They hardly ever answer the phone! And their office voicemail is ridiculous. You must talk with them personally to confirm an appointment.

Dr. Tingzon is an excellent dentist. She created a crown for me that was so well made it feels and looks like a natural tooth. She always works to make sure that her fillings fit my bite properly. I trust her judgment and appreciate her pleasant, friendly demeanor.

Dr. Tingzon is unprofessional and her staff does not know what they are doing. When getting an impression it took the staff three times to get what they needed. When I asked the staff her opinion on a dental condition she recommended one thing and Dr. Tingzon recommended the opposite. When having a procedure done that would change my smile permanently Dr. Tingzon accepted less than high quality work. When I pointed out what I didn’t like she became defensive and rude.

I am sad because this year I went with Cigna HMO and Dr. Tingzon was not in my plan to choose from. But, none-the-less, I have great things to say about her and her office. I was a patient of hers for about 5 years and completely enjoyed having her as a dentist. She is just an overall good person and knows her profession inside an out. This year she just moved into a brand new office located at 2172 Blackberry Drive, Ste. #201 (near the Geneva Commons Mall). The office is beautiful (imagine a European Spa) Her staff is fabulous. I have never had any complaints and do recommend her whole-heartedly to anyone. I hope that one day soon, I might be able to be her patient again.
