Dr Ramzi Suidan saved my life. Within 20 minutes of meeting him, he correctly diagnosed a condition that other doctors had repeatedly overlooked. He immediately set up tests and the resulting remedy brought me back from the brink. Without Dr. Suidan, I would not be living now. I am grieved to learn of his passing and I mourn a man whose commitment to excellence restored my life and my faith in the human race. May the Lord smile upon this wonderful man.

Dr.Suidan was very good with me when i went to visit him at the walk in. He was also very good with my child. I am sure he tries his best. too bad for the people who got a bad impression. he really knows his stuff. Keep up the great work. Your nurse was the best.(very helpful.) Thank-you.

He was pretty good to me when I got problems with my ears. I have got good and gentle help I was satisfied 100%. Although I was not so happy to answer unexpected questions how many kids do I have, why I don't have any and is my husband lazy to make them. I don't think it's related to my ears, and it's my own business (and sorrow and fears). I went out being upset.

Dr Suidan was kind to my 2 year old son, very gentle and speaking quietly. My son was very at ease while being checked over. However, I found Dr Suidan to be very rude to me as a parent, and he was rude to his nurse twice right in front of me. Walk in was not busy, we were only the 5th patients in there since it opened, but I felt very rushed. He did not want to check my son's ears like I asked, his nurse had to convince him as well. And wouldn't you know I was right, he had an infection in both. He talked to me like I had no clue how to be a parent, but not knowing that I have worked in childcare for 16 years and have THREE children. He spoke to me like I was clueless and I did not appreciate his attitude. But at least his bedside manner with children appears to be better than with adults. I hope to NOT get him at walkin any time soon.

The fact he is a doctor in despicable went in with stomach pains and saw a disgusting unshowered dirty old man. I told him that I was having cramps (not related to my period) and he told me "I don’t deal with lady problems " he than closed the door in my face. Standing there dumbfounded he must have called the nurse because she that told me he wanted to test me for an STD. I have had only one partner and could not believe it. While doing the swab she tsk’ed me and told me that partners are not always faithful. The office than called to give me my results and left me a message on my families answering machine! Upon going to my family doctor she shared that I infact was STD free and was only have digestive problems. Mr.Suidan you are a terrible doctor and a even worse person from my experience. Dont be rude and hint hint showers are a wonderful thing.

I only saw him because he was the doctor working walk in. I had to go into the room he was in, he rushed me, and never told me what was wrong with me. Zero bedside manner!! He then asked me if I wanted him to write a note for time off work, and I have never been asked that by a doctor before, they will tell you that you are taking time off work or not, so I hesitated, then he proceeded to tell me that this isnt like seeing your family doctor, this is walk in, and things need to move fast, so yes or no on the note. He is THE worst doctor I have ever seen, and will be going to see MY doctor on monday. What a waste of sitting through walk in to see him!!

Ramzi is one of the best doctors in the city. He is direct and to the point. I would rather have one doctor like him than a hundred of the sychophantic doctors that agree with everything you say and then give you a prescription to get rid of you. He is knowledgeable, kind and knows his stuff. His only agenda is to ensure the best care is available for you and your family.

I took my 3 year old son in to see the doctor because his eczema was getting super bad, and we couldn't see our regular family doc. He did all right, but then he somehow got on the topic of me needing to lose weight! Not cool! I KNOW I need to lose weight. But he himself weighs at least 400 pounds...so who is he to say that to me? Plus it was not my appointment, it was my sons. If he were my family doctor who I see on a regular basis..fine, go ahead, tell me that, otherwise, keep to the task at hand!

I'm not going to complain that the man was not dressed in a polo and dockers because he tended to both my daughter and my husband.. He was GREAT with our daughter, and she has a history of being afraid of medical staff. My husband had to go in with an eye injury and we had a referal appointment with a specialist within the hour, so what if the guy does not help you while in a tux..he is very good at what he does and he does it with a smile on his face.
