Dr Zettel is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. She was very thorough with me before diagnosing my issue and very knowledgable and caring. I just had my gallbladder removed under dr. Zettel's care yesterday and I cannot say enough about how well she looked after me. This is only the day after surgery and I have not had to take any pain medicine whatsoever and I feel great. She is a very kind surgeon as well. My entire experience at the Grimsby hospital was fantastic. I'm not sure I would have had the same experience in a larger Hospital. I previously had dr. Zettel for a colonoscopy and an endoscopy and again my experience was all very positive. Appointments at her office were always on time and efficient and her office staff provided excellent communication. Dr Zettel was thorough to explain and answer all of my questions. Just love her. Highly recommend!!

I used to find Dr.Zettle a great DR. and very polite until recently. My first disappointment was when the 10 other people waiting to see Dr. Zettle all had 10:30 appointments to see her. How is her time more valuable then ours. Now she is RUSHING through the process and not spending time answering questions. I took the time to answer her questions but would shut me down and talk down to me when I asked a question. How is it that my Dr had test results that showed a problem but Dr Zettle says my test results indicate no concerns? When I questioned that(as I should) I was told rudely that 'this is what I see in front of me' . I found her to be rude and arrogent to me and would not recommend this surgeon.

She is my general surgeon of choice. She is a very caring competent surgeon with a staff second to none. Small town care.

I had a routine colonoscopy this past week. From the pre-op apt with Dr Zettle's receptionist to the final procedure, everyone along the way was outstanding! Friendly, professional and caring. Dr Zettel spoke to me before the procedure and it was like a friend seeing a friend. ..she even questioned the fact that I had to take a taxi home and was concerned whether or not someone would be there with me. I rec'd the results immediately after the procedure and I'm extremely happy with the way everything was handled. It's nice to have such a gem at our village hospital.

Had a procedure done, and there was no follow up, no paperwork forwarded to my family doctor, nothing. I had to call my doctor , who called her in order to get results. She was very dismissive when my son saw her and didn't even address all issues he was there for...was a real waste of time, or seemed more like we were wasting her time. My doctor scheduled an appointment for me to see her in June 2017 but am not comfortable with it and I will ask for a different referral. She may be good at her job but she's one of the most arrogant health care professionals I have ever come across.

I have complete faith in Dr Zettle! she has performed several colonoscopies on me as well as a lumpectomy. She performed my husbands Gallbladder surgery. Dr Zettle has always been very professional with a pleasant manner. Has never hesitated in reassuring me! I feel very safe in her care!
