I was very unhappy with the way I was treated By the office staff! I found them to be very rude! I had an 11:00am appt., 7 patients came in after me and were all taken in except me! I will not get treated by anyone that way! The worst dr.office I have ever been too! Use this dr at your own risk,

I wanted to share my experience with Dr Panichella and his staff with everyone. Today I picked up my 12 year old daughter from dance and she complained of not being able to see. She was very upset and I was extremely nervous because this was the first time this had happened. I called my eye doctor but was told he was on vacation, his staff recommeneded Dr. P. and I called him immediately. His staff was very helpful and told me to bring her right down. When we arrived it was obvious the office was closed but they remained open to see us and I was so surprised. The Dr. was very nice to my daughter and he performed a very careful examination. Luckily my daughter was fine and I was very thankful to both the Dr. and his staff for taking the time to see us, especially since we weren't even patients of his. I was so impressed with the entire event that I just had to share this story with others. If you need a kind and caring Dr. you might want to consider trying Dr. P.
