I wish all doctors were half as nice as Dr Hallam. He was very reassuring after the first consult, and when I had the colonoscopy done I couldn't fault the consideration and treatment by himself or any of his staff. They were all very professional and caring. My only complaint would be the anaesthetist. He had a lousy bedside manner.

Dr Hallam was lovely to me, he was kind, caring and knowledgeable. I was very happy with him, I am yet to have my colonoscopy and endoscopy done, but I have alot of faith in him.

Dr Hallam has a horrible bedside manner and doesn't make you feel comfortable. I was recently diagnosed with Crohn's disease when I first saw him and I didn't find him helpful at all. He was not only rude to myself but rude to my worried mother, just because she had alot of questions to ask. And to top things off he proceeded with a colonoscopy and biopsy whilst I was awake (I was meant to be sedated). When I mentioned to him how I remembered it all and how the biopsies hurt, he tried to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about!
