Dr Lendino is great, but Gina is rude and unprofessional. She always talks down to me a belittles me. I can no longer take her constant harshness, so I have decided to go elsewhere. I dont understand how she still has a job. She is supposed to help and comfort people, not fill them with anxiety and dread

Doctor Lendino is a very good unprofessional Dr. Yes it is true you may wait a while but it is guaranteed when you are seen you will be treated like you are the only patient in the world another reason is he has walk-in hours from 1 too close you put your name on a list and he sees first come first serve I don't know another doctor that does that he has pulled my family through so much he was there every step of the way with us I can't say enough about him and his staff

Have seen this Dr. for over 25 years, kids, husband & referred friend, you are given a scheduled appointment, which means nothing I have waited at time almost 2 hours to be seen, but I always let that go, because I like him, however since Betsy left and Gina has been there she is rude & moody at times and she actually penalized me for getting into the office 7 minutes later than my appointment was scheduled for by taking the next person for their appointment before me, even though their parking lot was being repaved and you had to park in certain areas only, so 3 hours later I got back to work....3 hours! When I asked her why she did that she stated well you were late for your appt. I explained the parking lot & she could care less, and to top it off she went right over to Pat (the nurse) and she began whispering about me like I couldnt hear her or like I was not even there, guess what I help pay your salary! So now to make matters worse, I wait days for them to call the pharmacy to refill a migraine med I have been on for 15 plus years...they are always "back-logged or too busy" even the pharmacy has stated that to me on many visits to pick up meds. So today I call the pharmacy to see if my script is ready 24 hours later & I am advised that my refill was refused, I ask by whom it was told Dr's office, no explaination why....so NOW I call Dr's office & get Gina, no how are you nothing...she tells me I had a complaint against me I ask by whom, she is cagey at first & states the pharmacy said I was ubrupt with them & I have to come in for an appt. REALLY??????????? By the way the meds I am on for 15 plus years can cause seizures, convulsions etc if stopped abruptly! nice....thank you very much for your good service, patient caring is BS...they are just a part of the scam of healthcare...take take take my money, you don't care about me as a person nor a patient! I hope you can sleep at night after this horrifying event...I have advised my insurance co, I am filing a complaint tomorrow with the medical board, anyone that I can. You have taken away a medication that I have needed & been on for so many years that you yourself have prescribed without any thought or care as to how it will effect me & my daily living...You both should be put out of work immediately this is not how you treat a person/patient, and then think I will ever make another appointment with you---you are crazy! this has been a terribly upsetting experience. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to you ever again!!!!!!

Dr. Lendino is the most helpful doctor I have ever encountered. He isn't judgmental and he listens to his patients. I don't think he is taking new patients, though. However, when or if he does, be prepared to wait; it's worth it. He will take his time with you just as he did the person ahead of you. I bring a good book and a bottle of water. Often, you can sign in and return an hour or two later during his walk-in hours. He treats mental illness as well as any psychiatrist I've ever seen. Good luck finding the right doc.
