Dr Arthur is a caring knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. He takes my concerns seriously and his nurses are lovely and professional.

I hope I don’t die because of Dr. Arthur’s negligent treatment over this past near year and a half. He must retire! I think I may need to report him. He’s been my Dr for 11 years and not once have I EVER had a physical, even with all the pain I’ve been living with, he’s not laid a hand on me. Not ordered a single test throughout the entire near year and a half “ in the area of my pain”, which flares up so bad I can’t get up for days. Now I think all the stress and anxiety is affecting my heart, a lot of scary heart related symptoms this past week, I’ve already had 2 heart attacks. I don’t know what to do. Dr. Arthur hasn’t a clue what he’s doing.

We moved away from Lakefield and one of the reasons we were glad to move was so we could get a new Dr. Yes, his bedside manner is great, but as a Dr. he is terrible. Now we can't get him to send on our records. I sent him a letter in November about prescriptions and he still hasn't responded.

Dr. ARTHUR needs to retire. He never looks at you. Types on the computer throughout the whole appt. Refused to make physical appts. Haven't had one since 2007. He is condescending and lacks knowledge. Think twice before taking him as your physician.

Have tried to make an appointment a few times, only to be asked by the receptionist what my symptoms were. I told her & she told me to go to the pharmacy & ask the pharmacist to prescribe something! Why do I have a doctor if he doesn't want to see his patients? The receptionist is very rude & condescending to elderly people.

After 10 years of hardly ever needing his care his nurse practioner created a revoltibg breach of trust situation alongside the other nurse on staff - over covid cult narrative hysteria. Never have I been more pleased to not have a fam doctor. Bonnie the receptionist was the only decent person in the office

I'm so grateful to have such a caring doctor as Dr. Arthur. He really goes the extra mile and takes his time with you, unlike many of the doctors I've had in the past. His nurses are also lovely and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for those of us who appreciate having the time and attention of a doctor rather than feeling like a number.
