Dr. introduced himself, took a look at my issue, then explained the course of treatment and the procedure he would be doing. He also explained the follow up care. I felt that he did a great job explaining in terminology I could understand and did not talk down to me. I'm sure he gets the same questions a million times, but he was very patient with my questions. His nurse was also great.

Dr. Henrich is very good at what he does. He diagnosed my foot fracture when he first saw it. it is frustrating, though, that I typically have to wait 15 to 20 minutes past my appointment time to see him. I do understand that this can't be helped because things come up with other patients.

Dr Heinrich is always upbeat and very nice. Explains things so you understand and takes time to listen to you. And answers your questions. Doesn’t try to push drugs on you. He is a very exceptional Dr.
