I was very disappointed with the office when my husband asked them if they would fill out a disabity claim form (about 1/2 page and has to be completed by doctor). They would only complete it if you pay a fee of $25.00. I also felt the doctor was very unapproachable.

Dr Ontell is a very serious man but he gets the job done. He's all about getting the job done. Im very satisfied with the great job he did when I was having Kidney problems.
