Dr Korda is a fantastic surgeon who has greatly helped me a few times now. He was very patient with all my questions and his staff is just as helpful!

Dr. Korda saved my life three times, in the span of 8 months! Once in late September, 2010. Another in early December, 2010. And the last in late March, 2011. Great doctor, lots of knowledge on how to fix me, and very great personality-wise. During that 8 months, I was 6'2'' and 120 lbs. Today, I am 6'4'' and 185 lbs., and in the best condition, with a 1'6'' scar on my stomach! Fighter, survivor, and thankful that Dr. Korda was my surgeon! Cheers!

BRILLIANT. HE WAS A SPECIALIST CALLED IN WHEN I WAS IN CRITTENTON HOSPITAL. THEY COULD NOT FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ME WITH LOTS & LOTS OF TESTING. HE HAD HIS WORK CUT OUT FOR HIM. AMAZINGLY, HE FOUND THAT I HAD AN EXTREMELY RARE GENETIC PANCREAS DEFORMITY. HE SAVED MY LIFE. HIS BEDSIDE MANNER WAS AWESOME.

Dr Korda did more harm to my Mom. My Mom had cancer and her dr ordered a feeding tube to be put in. Dr Korda did not put the correct feeding tube in as discussed and she bled so badly they had to transfuse her after the operation! This led to a speedy death as the feeding tube was then found to be in her esophagus and caused her to have to have another surgery to remove the botched up one that he did on my Mom. It also caused an infection that kept her in the hospital. I would never recommend Crittenton Hospital in Rochester michigan. It was a horrible experience for us!

Dr Korda was recommended by other high quality doctors and we were very pleased by his caring expertise. He has done a fine job on two of my surgeries and although I don't relish havingt another one, I definitely would be his patient again if need be.

Dr. Korda at first comes across like the caring physician. But when I needed emergency surgery on my intestines, he refused to listen to pre-surgery requests. After the surgery I learned he did far more than I requested - which has caused me endless intestinal problems. When I asked why at his office - his hands starting shaking like a leaf that even clasping them could not stop. After that office visit with his hands quivering, he wrote a strange contrived office visit summary attacking me. Be warned: if you see his hands shaking - check out his office visit summary (most people don't check the visit summary). I read somewhere that surgeons who are over 50 sometimes have a nervous condition in their hands which should preclude them from doing surgery anymore. His shaking hands can easily be demonstrated and I can provide his strange contrived visit summary upon request (almost all doctor's office summaries are very professional and reality-based).

Dr Korda is a kind ,extremely knowledgeable doctor and a gifted surgeon. He reassured me and made me feel like I was in good hands during an extremely stressful and scary situation. I owe my life to Dr Korda. If you need surgery you can not go wrong putting your care in his hands. His staff is very helpful and pleasant. I felt that the front office staff cared about my health as much as the doctor.
