I have been petrified of any kind of dentists the majority of my life, but with Dr. Avi, I am comfortable and not scared .He is one of a kind, he cares of his patients, they are not numbers to him! I’ve had 7 dental implants with him, and so far the 1st and the last implant have given me a little problem after surgery, he didn’t turn around and say call in the morning,, NO, meet me back at my office now, please tell me which Doctor/Dentist would say thar, he did. Not only does he fix the problem, he will call and make sure you are ok. He has a great personality and he makes you feel like part of his family. Dr. Avi, thank you so much for being YOU!

Thank you so much to Dr Shelemay and his fantastic team! I don’t love going to the dentist but they make the experience as positive as it can possibly be. I was recommended to see Dr Shelemay by a friend. I had seen another periodontist in the area, and he recommend surgery for me. I wasn’t comfortable with the treatment (I was scared!) so I booked Dr Shelemay as a second opinion. He took a much more conservative approach - he recommended I have hygiene appointments and then they continue monitoring. I’m so happy that it looks like I don’t need surgery. His hygienist, Amy, was so gentle and pleasant. Not only did I avoid surgery by seeing Dr Shelemay but I saved a lot or money. Thanks again!!!!

I have been a long term patient of Dr Shelemay’s for years. I cannot express enough how kind and knowledgeable Dr Shelemay and his staff are. The staff in the back and Dr Shelemay always make me feel at ease during my procedures and answer any questions I have. I recently learned that one of the receptionists I’ve come to know is no longer there. She was extremely abrupt and rude to me. I do find the office a lot calmer and more peaceful and would much rather speak to the current receptionists who still work for Dr Shelemay. They are extremely kind and always answer my questions regarding insurance. I would highly recommend this office to anyone I know who needs any type of surgical procedure done.

The quality of this clinic has significantly decreased. Too much staff turnaround. The current staff don’t seem to know what they are doing, or act like they just don’t care. You have to request the same thing over, and have to keep calling to get what you want. Wait times to see the doc are outrageous. I’ll be dead before I get my implant.

Dr. Shelemay performed a connective gum graft for my two canines with very serious recession. I had no issues and recovered completely within 7 days, I love the way my teeth look now and thankful I could get this done with him because he is just awesome.
