here is a great Doctor . I actually had the pleasure to work with him in the past and all I can tell you is that he is honest, great manners and awesome clinician. Soon he will be opening a practice in northern virginia!!
So if you are looking for a good dentist his name is Les Ratner!

Dr. Ratner is the best dentist I ever had. He took care of me and gave me a smile I never had. It was costly but worth every penny since it was the best job any dentist took the time to do and did a great job. I've had so many compliments on my teeth and smile. I wish he was back at Neibauer. Poor management and the staff is never the same. I have found him and I will be making an appointment to see him again. He is not too hard to find.

HE IS a great dentist - it is apparent that NEIBAUER sets high goals for their professionals....he actually was quite honest with me and saved me money in the long run. He is no longer at Neibauer. I would like to find him....he's probably not there anymore for obvious reasons....like he didn't meet their quota.

Dr. Ratner is NOT a good dentist. More interested in how much work he can charge you for and does a poor job. He is with Neibauer Dental Clinics. They are also more interested in your money than you or your teeth. They did give me a refund after I complained many times. Looks good but they are not.
