Dr. Blevins does awesome work with patient who suffer from TJM and Sleep Apnea.

I went to this doctor for help with a locked jaw. He did way too many xrays, sold me new night devices, that gave me headaches, that I had never experienced before. Talked real big about how I can call his personal line etc. When I started having troubles I decided to get a second opinion from a recommended doctor 2 hrs away. When I asked for my x-rays (to take with me) all he** broke loose. I got personal calls and "what fors" from him and staff. He finally sent me my xrays with a full refund (i did not ask for, why??). All this hubbub because I just asked for some xrays. I did not say I was unhappy, I just asked for my xrays. I got my second opinon, new doc was great and cured me with much less cost than Blevins had quoted, fewer xrays, no medication. A well adjusted night guard and jaw exercises was all I needed. Avoid this guy at all costs.

Went in and was suppose to have a consultation but they told me they were going to waive my consult fee because I was referred by my dentist. He did a TMJ treatment (gave me a shot on my jaw) and then gave me nothing else for the pain. I called the next day and asked if there was something else they could do to help this, the BI**H said he said I need to go to pain management??? For what my jaw? Are you kidding me. I will never go back!

This doctor is a complete scam artist. He claims he is with Blue Cross Blue Shield but refuses to work with them. He gets you in his office and starts subjecting you to all kinds of expensive procedures then sends his office manager in to demand full payment from you first. They want full payment then they submit to Blue Cross and what every they pay them you get back. None of that is explained prior. They also never submit the claims to the insurance and just claim they are not being paid. This doctor should loose his ability to practice. When I confronted him in person with al my documentation and letters from BCBS stating that they would cover the procedures and stating they had had zero claims or call submitted from Blevins he started to yell at me and stated "I the God damn Doctor here! Not you! I don't have to stand here and listen to someone like you!" And he stormed out of the room. Months later they still are adding new charges to my account though I never go back.
