Best Neurologist in WNY staff on the other hand needs serious training in bedside manners and confidentiality and basic knowledge in the patients needs should be mandatory. Seeing she treats a wide variety of MS patients the staff should have basic skills in order to handle patients appropriately and respectfully. Some patients are newly diagnosed and some are extreme cases with extreme disabilities. Each person should be treated uniquely and professionally. Answering phones and returning phone calls from that office is alwaysworse then pulling teeth.

She is probably the best dr. I ever went to. Very knowledgeable and very kind and compassionate. Listens to her patients and recommends appropriate tests. Very thorough and very nice to patients.

She is an excellent doctor because she is extremely knowledgeable, knows the latest research, and works with you to determine your treatment course. She is open to discussing "complimentary and alternative" care for MS treatment as well as the latest available drug treatments and you never feel rushed when your with her. Her staff is great also, very friendly and accurate.

I would highly recommend this doctor. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She is current with all the latest research and treatments. Even though you wait a long time in the waiting room, she answers all of my questions and never rushes me. She is most definitely worth the wait. She listens and she cares.
