Thank you for making an extraordinary difference in my life.

I am sure your days are filled with people complaining, being impatient at having to wait, experiencing all kinds of anxiety at hearing a test result...and there you are, plugging away and greeting each of us like we are the first person you have seen that day.
I want you to know in case I don't say it often enough that you are very important to me. You are as valued as my family is to me. You attend to me physically, and you also help me be better emotionally. Everything you say, and how you say it, makes a difference in my day.
You greeted me as a new patient over 10 years ago at the dawn of your practice, and I have consistently presented you with problems and challenges that you have successfully resolved. You have frequently allowed me to breathe easier when I discussed annoying symptoms for which you were able to put my mind to rest.
I hope you know and always know that you have added to my life in immeasurable ways. I always leave your office happier and calmer than when I arrive.
You are someone who chose his career path because he had a passion for helping people to continue to be better. Someone who is caring, kind, considerate and brutally honest when that is required! Someone who truly sees me, hears me. and values me as I see, hear and value you.
More than being just professionals, I also value the fact that your staff’s attitude is exceptional, in particular, your nurse, Denise, a true angel of mercy with a heart to match. She always lowers my blood pressure with her empathy, courtesy and insures that my medication is ordered in a timely manner. A nurse dispenses comfort, compassion and caring, all without her doctor's prescription and Denise excels at this. Thanks Denise.

The first time I called Marty Richman I did not know I had a kidney stone one of the guys I work with at the Mercedes dealership threw his card on my desk and said hey you do not have a back ache that hurts that bad call this guy it is a holiday weekend better call him fast before he leaves. Icalled the office they saw me sent within 1 hour by the time I got to safety harbor I had tears in my eyes sent me stat for a Ct confirmed the stone treated me called me at home twice during the passing follow up was awesome got me through it. A year and a half later called Dr Richman a 7 pm he was in touch with me in 25 min . Told me how to make it thru the night at 9 am his office called me with an appt already booked for 10 am for a CT and an afternoon appt was already squeezed in for the Trinity office This Doctor really cares he knows if your in pain time is important and he knows kidney stones. Thank god my friend gave me his card I would drive 100 miles to see Dr Richman
