This was my first time with Dr. Arellano, and I didn't really know what to expect because I haven't gone to an optemetrist for years, and even then it was with my parents. But this time, because I'm no longer a minor, I went alone, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff were very nice and friendly, (both on the phone and in person), and Doctor Arellano was very professional and kind, too. He explained everything for me, and was polite & helpful in answering my questions too. Oh, and the ambience is nice and cozy-very inviting for adults and children (they have a bowl of candy so parents can relax :) I have only good things to say about my experience at Focal Point Optometry.
