Dr. Heller is one of the least compassionate doctors I have ever met. She seems much more concerned with getting paid than with treating patients. I had a state agency that paid for some of my appointments, but she complained that it took too long to get payment, so she wouldn't see me unless I had cash. Never mind that she got paid; she needs the money now. If she had been really helpful I might have tried to get the money, but she wasn't. Her assistant Billie is horrible to make arrangements with also. Would never see her again, even for an emergency.
