I like Jung, she is personable. She does always seemed rushed. Her staff is a bit stand offish. They looked and treated me like I was annoying them when I asked questions. Being at the gyno office is already an awkward and dreaded time, it would be nice if they would've been a little warmer.

Horrible visit worth this physician. She did not listen to me at all and was not interested in looming at what was the cause of my pelvic paIn. She shuffled me off to another specialist and prescribed me antibiotics when i clearly duos not have an infection. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone and will never go back to see her.

I've seen her twice before and felt rushed both times. She acts as if she knows your body better than you and does not listen. Awful bedside manner, and snapped at me for asking about the medication. Doesn't explain what she is doing for comfort purposes and caused pain carelessly. Don't waste your time and money. I was also supposed to receive my test results today and heard nothing back.

Terrible bedside manner. Handed me HRT and told me to start taking it. When questioned about it, she told me because I was menopausal age. Pelvic exam was painful, when I told her that, she told me it shouldn't be. I asked her about iron level since I was anemic and she told me to talk to my PCP. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HER.

Jung was friendly and gentle, and happy to not use stirrups on request. However, she was so rushed, she literally did not finish many key sentences - she would say things like "some people on these pills find that- Okay, I'm going to do your breast exam now, please lift your arms..." and launch into another question before I could find ask her to finish what she'd been saying! Once my exam was done, she dashed out of the room before I could ask her my questions. I went to her primarily to discuss and review my medications; she didn't have time to talk about them, so just changed the prescriptions without telling me or explaining why. The clinic REALLY needs to give her more time with patients! Additionally, she sent me for a "pelvic" ultrasound (the external one) without telling me she was getting me probed as well (trans-vag. u/sound) - I found that out on the ultrasound table, which was very distressing as a rape survivor, as well as more costly. I won't go back.

She is great. I had moved insurance providers and had an emergency appointment for pelvic pain she got me in and figured everything out in less that 20 mins. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room the nurse was waiting for me when I got in. I had to go back in for a colposcopy biospy I was really nervous I had no idea what that was she gave me detailed information about the procedure and also more information for me to take with me. Very informative
