Dr. Kane Brock is so wonderful! Her office was a terrible place with bad people but the doctor herself has always been so kind-hearted and helpful. She truly cares so much about all of her patients and will go above and beyond to take care of them and make them happy. She works at the hospital now, glad she left the bad environment. Her old nurse, Fran was also very nice and funny! great team.

Dr Kane-Brock is no longer practicing endocrinology. I went to see her as a PCP. I found her to be unreliable. Her office tried to cancel appointments for convenience, not for emergencies. She did not return my call. She whines about her lack of income instead of focusing on my health. She is distracted and rude. I do not know what happened to her former endocrinology practice, but I do not think it is appropriate for her to take her bitterness out on her current patients.

I really love Doctor Mary, and Fran is amazing. They're a great team and if I were a sicker person I'd see more of them both.

I had appointment today at 12:30pm. When I got there,assistant told me that I didn't have appointment with her and she also told me that Dr.Kane no longer see patient as endo only as primary doctor. Weird.. They not just canceled my appointment right in front of me but also didn't tell me that she has no longer work as Endocrinology when I made appointment. Bad clinic....

I, unfortunately had a very similar experience to one of the other patients that posted.After waiting for more than 45 minutes, I asked the girl at the desk if the Dr. would be seeing me soon. She went inside, came back and said they would call me right in. Ten minutes later, the nurse called me in. I asked if waiting so long was normal. She said "You were filling out paperwork".When I said this was not the case,she said "Well, that's what I was told".Unfriendly, no apology what so ever. When I met with the dr., I asked her the same question. She didn't answer so I asked her again. She shrugged and said "Sometimes things happen". Very unprofessional office - besides the nurse and the doctor's attitudes, it seems the girl at the front desk just never brought my paper work in to them. I am guessing that it what happened.Never the less, no one cared that I had just been sitting and waiting. When you're sick,its nice to be seen on time and treated with respect.I do not recommend,obviously.

I made an apt as a new patient for 11:30AM. I filled out all the paper work and paid the co-pay and proceeded to wait for an hour and half as patients who had appointments after me continue to go in and see Dr. Kane-Brock. I inquired whether these patients had appointments after me and found out they did. After the 3rd patient went in front of me and after being completely ignored I demanded my co-pay and paper work and left. I have never been to such an unprofessional Dr Office.

Dr. Kane-Brock and her nurse Fran are a wonderful team. Dr. Brock is knowledgeable and patient and helpful. I did not feel rushed or second-guessed each time I saw her. A wonderful experience and I highly recommend her!!

Dr. Kane-Brock is thorough and does not herd patients through the practice. Very well educated, she listens well to questions and offers sage advice. Her nurse is amazing, friendly and a delight to see at each visit. Calls are promptly returned. I have recommended Dr. Kane-Brock to many and they are also pleased.
