A 50-year-old prostate cancer patient, I hadn't had surgery since I was a baby. Wouldn't say I was stressed, but there's nothing easy about gearing up for this kind of treatment. That's completely true until you turn your care over to Dr Taylor & his firm (Pacific Urology). Yes; he's quiet, soft-spoken. Yes; he's a bit dry. Sometimes, he seems rushed until you look back on the conversation & realize he's told you everything you need to know -- sometimes twice, just to make sure you get it. Most importantly, everything he told me worked out exactly as he said it would. Minimal bleeding, minimal pain. Back on my feet within hours of major invasive surgery. Completely well within a couple of weeks. These guys are lifesavers. Literally.

Dr. Stephen Taylor is an excellent, caring, professional doctor. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a urologist. He has always given me excellent care. I was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer and he provided excellent care and I have been treated and in remission since 2006. I just can't say enough good things about this man and his staff. I am writing this review for my mother who is 87 and does not use the computer--I have been present at every exam and know this is how she feels.

Doctor Taylor literally saved my life in 1989. I was suffering from prostate cancer and was dangerously close to having the cancerous cells escape from the prostate into the blood stream. Dr. Taylor's surgery, combined with excellent staff support over the past 22 years, has allowed me to see my children grow and prosper and to have a nearly normal physical relationship with my wife of 40 years (this June).I have recommended Dr, Taylor to several friends and continue to support his work in this field. One of the Best Urologists in the country. He did my Robotic Surgery and I was home the next day. The result is better than I had hoped, and he was so nice and kind. What a great doctor.
