I have been a client of AMA for about 15 years. Out of the dozens of dermatologists in Los Angeles, Dr. Pien is the best skin care professional out there. She knows what will work and what will not on my skin type. She's educated thoroughly on the most up to date lasers and techniques, and most importantly, she really cares about her patients and treats them with respect and kindness. I am naturally a shy person and feel not the least embarrassed to discuss whatever skin issue I'd like addressed with her and her wonderful staff.

I came in to have spider veins on my face removed. WOW what a difference. Never realized how red and splotchy my face was until I came here. After the first treatment I could see a HUGE difference.

I am so excited that I found a place that can help me look better, younger and I enjoy going to the office. It's a relaxing environment while waiting to prepare for treatments. Nurses, receptionists are so nice and helpful. Doctors are exceptional and best of all I see the results that I was hoping for with no pain. For me I don't care for needles and surgery and the results I got without downtime is totally amazing. So for me this was a big time find. Turning 53 doesn't have to be so awful after all. Well, it's been about a year since then, and my skin looks phenomenal!!! I couldn't believe my own eyes after the laser, and I kid you not - you literally DO NOT have to wear make up whatsoever after these treatments. My skin looks porcelain clear and extremely soft, and has absolutely no blemishes...I no longer wear make up, and in modern world men happen to admire that about women... I can't stop bragging about how fantastic Dr. Pien is and can't thank her and the entire staff enough for changing my life!!!

I've had terrible acne and scarring for 25 years. I've tried just about everything to get rid of it. Nothing worked and I hated my terrible skin. AMA's amazing Photo Dynamic Therapy, with ALA and combined with 3 lasers has cleared up my face and healed my scarring. While not baby smooth yet, its the best I have looked in decades. I feel great and I am very grateful.

I used to have discolored skin on my face with some areas lighter than others. I always covered it up with make up but because of constant use of make-up, my skin started to age early. Bumps, large pores, fine lines, and a rougher surface...to name a few.

This is one of the most professional environments you will want to be in. The staff is very attentive the atmosphere is relaxing and soothing. There is a quiet room with top if the line massage chairs for your pleasure while you wait. Dr. Pien is an expert in this field & I highly recommend her services. She has all the state of the art lasers & is proficient in every aspect of skin care, rejuvenation and taking years off your face.

I have been to all the so called best doctors in Beverly Hills, Irvine, Laguna Niguel, and Newport Beach. I decided to purchase a series of spectra lifts and the morning of the first laser treatment I was terrified. I came very close to canceling the appointment. I asked to see Dr Pien before the procedure while I was waiting for the numbing cream to take effect. Never in my life had I met such a warm, caring doctor. She put me at ease immediately and talked me throughout the entire procedure while she was layering my face. It hurt way less than I thought and was very tolerable. My face was swollen and I looked horrible, but went everyday to the oxygen chamber in their office. Everyone was so nice. My face healed up and looked much better in a week and now I'm anxious to have the last two treatments. Do yourself a favor and have a consult with AMA in Irvine because it's a waste of time to go anywhere else. The doctors and the staff here are the best. I will be a client for life.

The best spa/dermatologist/aesthetician all rolled into one. I honestly don't even know whether to call my appointments doctor appointments or spa schedules. the doctors and receptionists are extremely friendly and will spend time explaining how every procedure works for you. the environment has a very spa-like environment and while the procedures can be pricey, they yield results! I only wish they were open more often on the weekends, as i would like to spend a good few hours there for various procedures just to relax ...

I love AMA Skincare. The staff at AMA are amazing!! I had my first facial with Michelle and my skin is radiant. I love the fact that they have a holistic approach to skincare. Asher & the entire team are very knowledge about the products and offer a lot of education. I can't wait to go back!
