I was there to determine what the rash on my face was. He spent 5 minutes with me, the whole time with an air of he had better places to be then to waste time on me. He looked at my face. Said 'it's roseacea'. Told me he was giving me antibiotic for 30 days and after that it would be gone forever. Never took any tests. Didn't even come near me. And zip he was gone. I felt Ghosted. (It would take another doctor to correct me when he told me "he didn't tell you the truth. It never goes away") Dr. Dunn demonstrated a total lack of empathy.

I had the pleasure of being seen by Jeanne Ellern, PA-C. She is Personable, Kind and Knowledgable. She took time to talk with me, made me feel as if I was her only patient and answered all my questions.

I had to wait 4 months for an appointment. There was not another patient in sight while I was there. When I checked in, they immediately took me in. I was done in about 15 minutes.

Check-in was easy and quick. The nurse who handled my interview was friendly, encouraging, and professional. Dr. Dunn was friendly and very knowledgeable regarding all my skin issues. He answered all my questions and, most importantly, my skin is responding well to the treatment he prescribed. I have given credit to him when family and friends have commented on the progress I've made.

From my app I received the information that I needed and answered questions that I had regarding what was going on with certain moles, and burning off what was needed on face. The Doctor did an excellent job in both.

I arrived and was 5 minutes early so that I could complete some insurance and personal history forms. I was brought to the examination room and the doctor stepped in after about 2 minutes and he greeted me. He asked about the time of my last skin treatment and how long I had been using the treatment. I told him that I had two areas that I used this cream on and that I finished about two weeks before my appointment. The doctor looked at the areas of treatment and was pleased with the results, he said that the redness would fade and that the skin below my eye would be slower to heal due to its thinner softer texture.

I had a body scan of skin at my friends request in search of anything precancerous. I had some spots on the back of my neck, upper chest, and arm that I was nervous and concerned about. Dr. Dunn removed the concerned spots quickly, and without pain. I felt that I was treated professionally and with dignity by Dr. Dunn & his staff. The telephone call regarding the lab report was left on my answering machine a couple of days later. She was cheerful and stated the results were good news. I am very well satisfied with my care, treatment, and billing. Thank you.

Quick in and out; good exam, treatment. Some follow-up treatments needed, but guessing that is normal. Everyone is pleasant and respectful. Thanks
