This doctor was EXTREMELY unprofessional and horrifyingly rude to my disabled wife. I am so glad I've found a place to get this off my chest by the way! My wife was in a horrible car accident which left her with a brain injury. This made it very hard for her to control her emotions. Dr. Lum lost control himself in an EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER and actually got in her face and shouted at her to control herself or he would throw her out of the clinic! She did NOT react well to being yelled at and it made the problem MUCH MUCH worse. He then actually threw us both out of the clinic! The clinic manager had the gall to stand there watching us leave like we were going to do something to damage the facility on the way out the door. All we were there for was to get HELP with my wife's condition and Indian Health Center, Dr. Lum, and the office manager a-hole who watched us leave SHOULD BE ASHAMED for treating a profoundly injured and DISABLED person that way. This occured 2/17/07.
