His mis-diagnosis of my problem caused unnecessary surgery and his total disreguard for outlining all the risks and side affects of the surgery have left me physically disabled and mentally depressed.

This is a Doctor with a god-complex. In his mind he can do no wrong. Even when confronted with a problem, he will deny it was his fault. This doctor seems to have little time for the patient. His answers are often short, incomplete and matter-of-fact.
