I have been seeing Dr Turner close to a year: I have never been disappointed, she has explained everything to me that I wanted to know. Because my problem would most likely result in surgery, she offered many alternatives, I did them all and as a last resort opted for the surgery.
She has been very kind and professional and gave me time to figure it out rather than rushing me for surgery. She also recognized that I had things on my mind that I had not planned to discuss,
she figured me out when I didn't realize it showed. I will have the surgery and feel confident she will take very good care of me .

She was pushy, did not listen to me, blew off my concerns and I felt like a number to her, not a person.
Although I went while I was pregnant with my third child, she treated my concerns as though I had never been pregnant before and was making a big deal of nothing. Her manner feels rude and demeaning. I would never recommend anyone see her.

Dr. Turner is a very nice doctor. She is helpful. She is however very fast paced and I think it goes along with the office they have. I like the doctor but not the office. I have found a new doctor because the staff in the office are very unfriendly at times. The phone nurse is rude and uncaring and I dreaded having to call the office for anything during my pregnancy for fear I would have to talk to her and be belittled. Other office staff do things they have no business doing- for example- front desk staff coming back to the lab and giving the patient wrong directions that should've came from the lab technician. Poorly ran office. Nothing is organized.

I cant put into words how much I dislike her. she is very knowledgable and comes across as friendly and syrupy sweet- I really wanted to like and trust her. during my labor, everything was going smoothly and actually almost painfree (naturally) but she decided my birth plan wasn't too important I guess. She aggressively intimidated me to have my water broken at 7cm after I told her I was not ready. she said we needed to "get things moving" after that the next 2 hours were traumatizing. I got Iv pain meds bc it was so painful. I did NOT want coached pushing and she aggresive?y(but passive aggresive?y) made me push my daughter out in 45 min when I wasn't ready. lets be real she wanted to go home, it was midnight. I suffered a nasty tear to my inner labia that still hurts at 3mon PP. bc I was forced(bc I was not going to full out argue while on drugs pushing) to push my daughter out so harshly I also am dealing with digestive issues. Biggest loss was not getting to hold my LO right after

At first I loved, loved Dr. Turner but now I am not so sure. Don't get me wrong she is friendly, compassionate and has a good doctor patient vibe. However, the minute you sit down to update your paperwork(not doing it online)BAM! your name is called and you're rushed to another room to update meds and pharmacy location. The wait time in the exam room is ridiculous! There was one time I was in there so long I actually got dressed, went to the restroom came back to the exam room and waited some more. I understand some patients will take longer than others during their examinations but don't rush my exam to make up for lost time. Front desk staff are nice. Not a fan of some of the assistants though.

I had a normal pregnancy, but in the delivery room, I suffered from a rare, and almost always fatal, Amniotic Fluid Embolism. If not for Dr. Turner's quick and decisive actions, I would have died. Dr. Turner saved my life. I will be forever indebted to her for saving my life...and the life of my baby.

I would not recommend this doctor. She is not watching out for the patients best interest. I had a very bad experience here.

Dr. Turner is fantastic. She is very caring and willing to answer questions. She is positive and helpful. I used her when I first got pregnant and she made me feel very prepared for the whole pregnancy and birth process.
