Dr. Guentert and the staff at Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates are great! I was always treated with respect and my questions answered in a timely manner. Would recommend this doctor.

Dr. Guentert is an okay doctor. But his office staff's bookkeeping is crappy. Long story, but they took me to collections for $400 when I only owed $25. His office manager threatened (in writing) to "mess up my insurance". I wrote Dr. Guentert, and he supported his office manager. I ended up paying the $25 to get them off my back. And now, 2 years later, I get another bill for more!!! If you value keeping your money and good bookkeeping, then don't go there.
