Doctor won't call her patients back, leaves early on Fridays with no return call to patient. Patient was diagnosed with a stroke after MRI on Thursday night. Was told she needed better control of blood pressure or is at risk of having another stroke. Patient called doctor Friday morning. Doctor does not return call, leaving patient to stress a worry over the weekend. I wouldn't take my dog to this doctor.

Dr. Agsten was terrible. She did not listen to me, or try to provide helpful advise for mine and my son's situation. She basically scared me into doing what she wanted, which has turned out to be the worst thing possible for my son and me.

Does NOTHING for her patients, overwhelmed by too many patients and is thinning her work load. Gave me two shots one day that drove my sugar levels over 700, NEVER did say sorry! Karen was the best thing that ever happened to her practice and when she left, my health and care DECLINED.

Wonderful doctor. Listens, answers questions, finds answers. Has been very helpful in finding generic medications that work well for me.
