Dr. Britts office mismanaged my hip pain for over a year. They had zero knowledge on the topic and should’ve referred me to a specialist instead of guesswork and pills.

I have been a patient of Dr. Britt's for almost 15 years, along with every one in my family. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I never have to waste time sitting a waiting in his office. He has always been able to promptly and correctly diagnose any of us, even when we presented with some unusual symptoms. I hope I never have to see anyone but Dr. Britt and his staff.

My family and I suffer from several chronic conditions and have visited several doctors in my lifetime. Dr. Britt and the Nurse Practioner, Heather are by far the BEST. This is a top notch medical facility that you can trust. Also, they are extremely respectful of your time, in the past 9 years I have seen him and Heather the longest wait I have ever had was 6 minutes!

On the UHC site the doctor was noted as accepting new patients. I tried to become a new patient. I provided all the information required and was told the Doctor would need to review my information and the office would get back to me in 10 days to tell me if I was accepted. Three days later I recieved a call and was informed the doctor had reviewed my information and that I had not been accepted. I asked why and they said the doctor has a criteria and that it is unknown by the staff.

My husband has a cyst on his thumb. Me and my children have been going to Dr Britts office for the last 2 years since we have to pay for our own health insurance,I understood that Dr Britt left KDH to help people who have high costs due to health insurance that his services are lower. So since me and my children were going there,I called to make my husband an appointment for his thumb. The rude staff asked me if he had seen Dr Britt before I said yes,when Dr Britt was at KDH about 3 years ago he was on call so my husband went to him he had the flu. So the rude staff told me that they would call the Hanover branch to get records. They finally called me back 2 days later and told me that Dr Britt could not see my husband because he was a "doctor hopper" and I said what do you mean and the rude staff told me that if you have seen Dr Britt ever and you see another doctor later Dr Britt will never see you again because you are a "doctor hopper" We will never go back! Misleading

Did not have any problems with Dr. Britt himself just the fact that his staff was not very helpful with changing my medication to receive in the mail instead of through a pharmacy. Very rude on phone at times also.

Dr. Britt gives more than enough time to patients to diagnose, treat and answer any questions the patient may have about his/her condition. Great caring physician! I wish we had more doctors like Dr. Britt in the profession.

I'm about 50 years old, have been to many doctors over the years for various odd ball things and have to say Dr. Britt is by far the only one that has ever left me with a 100% positive memory of their ability, manor and knowledge. What is amazing is that you can actually get in to see him on time and without much of an advanced notice. He speaks frankly and will tell you like it is. As it should be IMO.

I suffered with a situation for over a year when it could have been solved immediately because Dr. Britt sent me on a referral to a surgeon 1-hour away that was very inconvenient and expensive to get to. It could have been fixed locally, but Dr. Britt never gave me the option to make the choice myself. At one point he tried to repair the problem himself with outpatient surgery in his office because, as he said, "I like to cut," but it needed to be re-done in six months. Also, in my annual physical exams, I must remember to request exam procedures (such as a digital prostrate check) that should be standard.

Dr britt is a fine doctor. he has been able to diagnose things that other doctors gloss over.
