We found Dr. Nettune to be somewhat condescending and dismissive of our concerns. When my childs tooth was getting worn due to interference by the braces, he acted annoyed for having to repair it.

Most concerned with selling his product. Least concerned with patient requests, and results. Will say "no problem" as a way to convince patient it can be done. When result is different from expectation, oh well.

Great orthodontist, but his office hours are VERY limited. If I had to do this again, I would go to a practice that is more "kid schedule" friendly. Specifically it would be really helpful if they offered early and late hours. To be fair, there are a few late appointments available, but these are limited and hard to book. Plus they require that all appointments longer than 15 or 20 minutes must be done in the middle of the day and this is extremely difficult to do given school and parent work schedules. A practice centered on treating kids really should be centered on kids and not the convenience of the staff.

Dr. Nettune is a great orthodontist. He is highly skilled and fixed my 2 kids' mouths. Very professional. There are always a lot of kids going in and out at every one of their 3 offices (Basking Ridge, Bedminster, Mendham). Not cheap, but great work. I highly recommend Dr. Nettune.
