I don't know why the person below wrote such a negative review. I have been a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Umansky for several years and have experienced nothing but the best; not only from the front office staff, but especially from him. I have not had a single complaint with either surgery I have had, and have been told the results are terrific ;) I also get my Dysport and filler from Dr. Umansky every few months. He has a great sense of humor and takes the time to make you feel like you're the only patient he has that day. I have definitely told people about this doctor and will continue to do so. It's comforting to know he is not only incredibly knowledgeable in his practice, but also caring enough to have continuous follow-ups after surgery. Love the staff and the free mints up front are awesome too!:) thanks Dr. Umansky and staff!

If you are considering reconstruction by this doc, read up before you visit. Just know that even if you are measured on your initial visit you have to come back for more measurements before surgery. Unfortunately I called to schedule the second visit and was told I must not need one. I then went out of town and got a call from this office saying I DID need to come back. But even if I cut my trip short I was told the doctor would be at a conference.So now I need a second surgery to insert expanders costing more $$$ and recovery time. Oh and I was even told by Stephanie, a staff member, that no one at her office would have ever told me I didn't need a visit. That they are all trained not to do that. Well, I have phone records to prove the time and day I called. Today they called to see if I've sent my $10 copayment.

Fabulous doctor. I get dysport by Dr. J Umansky every 4 months. He is incredibly kind, gentle and has a good sense of humor. They are very punctual and the staff has always been pleasant and compassionate. I would highly recommend this doc and facility. They're the BEST!!!!

Definitely highly recommended. Dr. Umansky and his staff were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He did an excellent job giving me exactly what I wanted, and the staff was more than accommodating when I was having nervous jitters regarding what size I wanted- 2 days before the surgery! I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much! Came out perfect and it's all thanks to Dr. Umansky and his staff!

Dr. Umansky was so personable and pleasant. He answered all my questions to my comfort and satisfaction before getting up and asking if I had any questions like you'll see with most doctors. He made me feel like I was his only patient that day and had all the time in the world. That was the best experience I've ever had with any doctor. Additionally, my surgery experience was better than expected. My scars are minimal and I look great - the whole reason why you go to a plastic surgeon is to look better. I absolutely feel great about my decision!

I had lipo to my chin, abdomen, hips and thighs. Dr. Umansky and his staff were awesome from my first appointment, through last minute changes I made and through surgery. I have one more follow up to go but my results were fantastic! The staff called the day after my surgery to make sure I was OK. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! If I ever have anything done again I will go back to see Dr. Jeffrey Umansky!

In my visit to Dr. Umansky, I found him to be a very personable doctor who took the time to get to know me and made me feel at ease. My surgery involved a cosmetic repair to my ear lobe and Dr. Umansky did a tremendous job with fixing the problem and making my ear look great. I couldn't have been happier with my experience.
