DO NOT USE Dr. Deepika Bhargava. The office staff is dishonest and lacks professionalism.

I recently set up a new patient service. Over the phone, I was asked a few opening questions and told I needed to provide credit card info for "their file". 3 minute phone call…simple and easy.

The appointment we scheduled didn’t work out and so i called 2 days ahead to cancel. The lady I spoke with seemed confused but said she would take a message and pass it along. I received a remainder from Bhargava’s office on the day of the original appointment. I called the office immediately and left a message again stating I would not be able to make it.

That evening I noticed a $174 charge on my credit card. I called the office the next day and spoke with Chastity. I was told since i failed to cancel, i was being charged a cancelation fee. I explained the story and gave her til the end of the business day to find a solution for the error.

The next day I called Chastity for an update on refunding the charge. I was told to "have a nice day" and immediately hung up on.

Please continue your search for professional help elsewhere - This office does not deserve your business.

I was sent an e-mail with 26 pages of paperwork. One form wanted to keep my credit card on file and any charges not paid by insurance or me will be charged within 30 days. I did not feel comfortable leaving a credit card with all the fraud and hacking going on so I called the office to ask if that form could be waived and if not I would cancel. I was told it was not required and I only had to pay for todays visit. After a 45 min drive to the office, I was told at the window that they wanted an additional $25 for a drug test. What? OK I paid. Then the front desk called me to the window and I was told that I had to give them credit card. I explained and was then told if she gave me a refund she would charge me for a "NO SHOW" fee of $100! I'm standing in front of you, you can't do that. She went to the doctor to ask, came back to the window and handed me my paperwork. The doctor wants your card or she won't see you. It's all about the money, VERY bad first impression. They don't give a flip about me or why I was there. Use caution. I wasted 3 hrs.

I’ve been seeing Dr. B for years. I’ve had several run-ins with her regarding refilling my medications. She has a huge turnover in staff which I’m sure is in response to her poor treatment of them. She cut me off of my meds with NO explanation or warning. Will not return my calls. Some of my meds cannot just be stopped especially without medical supervision. She won’t take or return calls from the pharmacists ever. The pharmacists have told me they’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism. No doctor should be allowed to practice with the level of malice she has practiced! I’m filing a complaint against her with the state of Texas.

Horrible experience. It took me four days to get the paper work that they were suppose to send. Then I called the office while I was filling out my paper work so they were suppose to charge my card then. They never did and when I went to my zoom meeting Dr. Bhargava closed me out saying I was early then said she will have someone call me. They over charged my visit they were only suppose to charge $50 they charged $138. She a physiologist she is suppose to be able to do her own evaluations she stated she is going to have a new clinic call and do my test. She keep trying to saying I need to make sure I was depressed. I came to get my ADD meds. not because I was depressed or had depression. Then She wrote me a medication for Vyvance even through I told her I never used that before and I only token Adderall. I had a bad reaction to ridlian and I don't take then one either. She forced Vyvance giving the excuse that is not addicting and has less trouble. The pharmacy wanted me to pay $200 for the medication and with the coupon It bought it down to $140. During Covid who can afford $140 for medication. I called the office many time to get her to switch my medication. I have not been able to take to her or have her change my medication. This Doctor is the worse. The staff is horrible please Do not go to her. I filed a complaint with my insurance and they are doing an investigation

For the past 10 years Dr. B has been by my side and the very best with assisting me and my family with my needs. Without her knowledge and help my life wouldn’t be as good as it is today. She is truly a loving and compassionate Dr. who helped me through severe trauma and some of the darkest moments you could imagine. She turned my life around and saved our family.

Set appointment in May 2019. But canceled six day before appointment. Dr office staff charged my credit card $150. Was told it was a mistake. Refund would be credited to my card. Still waiting. Deeply disappointed in this behavior from a doctor office. Others have been done the same way!! Shame on you. Dr Bhargava! Phone has changed to need extension only. Spoke to office staff twice. Send my refund!

First of All I am here to leave a review because Dr Bhargava told me to. Well Dr. Your wish is my command. I implore people with psychiatric and mental health disorders to seek care elsewhere. The reviews on here that are honest are predominantly the negative reviews. Each and every one of them is truthful. Others maybe feel like she holds some kind of leverage over their heads like they have to leave her a good review. I have personally seen her walk a patient to the waiting area give her the assistants laptop and tell her what to write in her review. If I had to guess I would say in the last 3-4 years she has had well over 30 employees come and go. The way she talks to not only me but other patients makes me wonder how no one has reported this monster to the medical board? I witness a new atrocity everytime I come to her circus. Throwing folders at employees, yelling at and demeaning patients and employees alike. Speaking about protected health information in general use areas, scolding employees for scheduling Medicaid patients and patients with insurance that doesn't reimburse her enough, IN FRONT OF THE PATIENTS! This animal doesn't deserve to be your physician, you deserve better! She is a predator dont be a victim!

Do not trust her. She takes advantage of the sick and elderly, she ignores request to avoid treatment/testing not covered by insurance, she left the country for three weeks without providing adequate medical back up, she tried to get me to lie to insurance to qualify for expensive and inappropriate TMS treatment, she writes short prescription periods so you have unnecessarily frequent office visits, she is inconsiderate, condescending and just down right rude! Plus, she scammed me by requiring a non-medically-necessary $2,200 drug screening test, and I would be willing to bet she has an affiliation with the lab she used.

I met with Dr. Bhargava with severe anxiety, and over 5 years of melt down nights. Many doctors had a menopause mentality, with nothing to offer! Dr B reviewed my long list of issues and medications, asked questions, and made 2 changes. The results were immediate, and I feel like a new woman!
