I had to go to the office several times in the process of getting braces and waiting for a minimum over 30 minutes in the chair to see the Dr. They overbook their patients so the appointments are quite rushed and I have had to wait on average 45 minutes past my appointment time. Staff is very nice.

My daughter had a molar that didn't come out when it should have, so the permanent molar below it made a 90 degree turn and erupted into her mouth below her tongue. Dr. Yamada was able to bring the molar up from its freakish position in only a few weeks. Correcting other problems took longer, but the results were excellent and we were given a payment plan allowing us to pay a little at a time. Staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Very rude and disrespectful to patients. Waited numerous times for doctor up to an HOUR past scheduled time. Poor results.
