I have been seeing Dr. Broomer for about 5 years due to being at high risk for skin cancer. She is always professional, thorough and efficient. Her staff are friendly without being intrusive. The office and waiting room are always clean. She is very good at her job and I appreciate her.

After waiting 3 wks to get in for appt, was told if I wanted to discuss more than one issue I'd have to make another appt, even though when I made appt this was not mentioned. I came in for 3 issues and they we're booking out 3 wks at a time BC of staff vacations. When Dr Broome came in she literally glanced at my face in the 1 Sec. she took to look up from her laptop. She told me I had rosasea and keratosis pilaris, never explained what those were, but did tell me I'd have them forever and never get rid of them. At one point my eyes welled up with tears and she just simply reminded me my RX was at the pharmacy. She never even discussed a care routine, just wrote the script. was uninformative, cold and disinterested. I cried on my way home until I realized I'd just find a Dr that cares to work with me, and maybe even acknowledge my 3 small children that had to sit through that. Would never recommend.

Was able to get a speedy appointment. Office was extremely clean and neat. Doctor Broomer was a knowledgable and compassionate doctor. She listened and addressed all my concerns and even provided me with excellent advice and tips.

I have been seeing Dr. Broomer for a little over a year. During my 1st visit, I found her to be somewhat serious (in a professional sort of way), but totally focused on my problem. There wasn't an abundance of idle chit-chat, but that isn't the reason I had scheduled the appointment. During subsequent visits, she has become warm and out going, but always the professional I expect her to be. Her diagnosis has always been spot on and she demonstrates and extensive knowledge of her specialty. I've never had a problem making an appointment, nor have I ever felt rushed during the appointment and her staff is always friendly and helpful. I would gladly recommend Dr. Broomer to anyone seeking a qualified dermatologist.

She spent little time with me on my first (and only) visit. I was flabbergasted on her lack of bedside manners. She was not thorough nor appeared very knowledgeable. I think her practice must be a tax write-off of some kind since she doesn't seem to be very involved.

Probably the coldest attitude I have every experienced in a Dr and her staff. At first I thought it was just the front office, but then I realized it was the nurse and Dr too...wow...I have never experienced anything like it. I do not think she, nor her staff, like their jobs.

I chose this doctor for location but will not be going back. Dr. Broomer and her staff are extremely rude and cold and terrible with children. I had a mole I needed looked at and she had me lift my shirt and took 5 seconds to look at from 4 feet away. I was appalled when I left her office and have not been back for follow up care on my sons warts. What a waste of $280.00!

Very rude and unprofessional. I have never had acne before and recently started breaking out on my scalp, neck and face. She spent about 5 minutes with me and told me it was because I have been picking at my face. Not the case. Also to do a full body check up I was asked to schedule another appointment. Yeah, another copay. Don't waste your time. She obviously does not like what she does. Worst Dr. I have ever been to. Felt uncomfortable from the second I walked in the door and spoke with her very rude secretary.

Both this doctor and her staff are extremely rude and cold to their younger patients. Went there for over a year and finally said NO MORE!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!
