Dr. Goodman is very Knowledgeable and professional. My wife was treated by him in the hospital and I am very pleased with him. However, his office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I received a bill from them which I paid promptly. The next month I received a bill showing charges that were not on the first bill. The next day I received a notice from a collection company for the new charges. When I called the office to question this I was told that I had not paid at all. I asked for and received a copy of my account activity. The documentation provided showed that the charges I was sent to collection for were not posted to my account until after the first bill was paid, and also showed that I was sent to collection the day after the statement showing these charges was processed. I was told that the only reason I was sent to collection was that "you are a deadbeat who does not respond to billing statements. I don't understand how I can pay a bill that they admit was never sent.
