He can’t deal with educated women. I asked him a question that he couldn’t answer and he quickly got up and left the room. I quickly got up and found a new neurologist. Stay away.

Dr. Szabo is a superb physician. He is knowledgeable, kind and very friendly. He made a difficult diagnosis that was not made by two previous neurologists.

Dr. Szabo "treated" my mom with a traumatic brain injury for 10 months and was no help and completely unknowledgeable on post-concussive syndrome and then dropped her as a patient suddenly and refused to treat her when she suffered new neurological ailments. He left her completely stranded and did not even recommend a specialist who could help. He is a 'script-writer at best and not a treating physician. Stay away.

when faced with a question he doesn't know the answer to, he covers up his ignorance by being nasty and rude. The biggest JERK I have ever seen.

rude, no bedside manner, not helpful and a jerk. he misdiagnosed and caused a great deal of stress in the aftermath

Dr. Szabo is a very thoughtful, kind and caring physician who is approachable and easy to talk to and work with. His office staff/management could use some help because they tend to be disorganized or back-logged every time I've been in there (for 7 years now). Depending on which nurse you get, your pre-doctor experience can be bad or good, but once Dr. Szabo is in the room things get better quickly. I see him for acute migraines - and after seeing dozens of different doctors and specialists, he is the first who has taken my case comprehensively without farming me and my pain out to others. I appreciate his sincerity and honesty and compassion (on top of his top notch medical abilities) in dealing with my ongoing pain and suffering.

Excellent doctor. He shows such compassion and concern. He listens to everything and will work with you to find the solutions to your problems. He never rushes you or cuts you off when you are speaking. He is definitely one of a kind. I have gone there for quite persistent migraines that have not reponded well to medications and he has looked at all the angles that could be affecting my case. He is definitely worth seeing. His staff is friendly and always willing to help.
