Would give zero stars if I could!

Don't go to this doctor for health care! Horrible, never reviews lab results... Had recent lab test performed but never heard anything from her. Luckily the Lab provides on-line access to your results - Thank God for the information age!!!

After reviewing my lab work on-line I found that I had results that were well above e the HIGH range. Being concerned for my well-being (since this provider doesn't care) I called, and of course, had to leave a voicemail.

I indicated that I had lab work done over three weeks ago and that I have yet to hear anything from her. I also informed her that I reviewed the lab work results on-line and had concerns that some of the results were high. Several hours later I get a call stating that my labs are OK with no mention of my concers...Sounded like they were in a hurry to get off the phone with me so I didn't pursue the issue further. I don't even believe that anyone even looked at my lab results! Time to find a provider that really cares about their patients!

When it comes to your health, getting things done in a timely manner can be critical. From the doctor, to the MA, to the office manager, this staff DOES NOT care about their patients' well being. Appointments aren't scheduled in reasonable time, calls aren't returned within 24-48 hours, and most importantly, the doctor had absolutely no idea what to do. If it's not a sinus infection or pap exam, you would be better off with Dr. Google. This place is a disgrace to medicine.

Provider and staff are “too busy” to assist patients when there is an actual health concern. Returning a call and or voicemail will take a long time to return, when you leave a contact number seems like they always call the number they know you won’t be reached at. I’m now looking for a new provider… someone who will actually take time for their patients..

This Dr. gets you in and out as fast as possible. Rude staff for the most part. You can call and call-takes 3-5 days to get a phone call back. Unless you dial from a different line as they screen their calls. Message line states "if you leave multiple messages, your call will be delayed," which I find very unprofessional from a Dr.'s office. Dr. Elijah has no "bedside manner" and ultimately creates health fears and concerns in her patients. She speaks before thinking how it could affect her patients. Needless to say, I switched Dr.'s and am much, much happier.

Called in to get a refill on my prescription and was denied a refill (My prescription was for Vitamin D). I was told by her assistant that I needed to come in for a full physical (even though I had just seen her 6 month prior and had one with a full blood work done - someone charted it wrong) and wouldn't even talk to me about getting a temp refill until I can get in to see her. No budging, no help, the assistant was very very rude. I, along with my family will be switching doctors.

Not a good listener to physical concerns. Very quick to give any medication you ask for without doing tests or determining if that is the best solution to the problem. Several ppeople in my office have used her and have had the same experience. Will be looking for a new doctor outside of the area.

I have been going to dr. Elijah for several years. She is thorough and listens to her patients. I've had good experiences with her. Her nurse shelly- I believe that's her name can be very rude. I've had difficulty getting them to send me copies of test results as they "don't have time for that".

Staff was busy texting when I approached the desk and did not acknowledge me. She continued to complete her text before checking me in. Another female employee was giving a male employee a neck message at the front desk. Very unprofessional staff
