I’m not sure what happened with these old patients and reviews but Ive been going to her for years. Her staff is excellent and professional . Dr Monika is absolutely the best Dr I have . She really knows her stuff and is an excellent surgeon.

Service was absolutely disgusting!!!!! I just got back from their office and was shocked at how nasty and rude they are!!!! Made my initial appointment for 4:40 then when they called to confirm I asked if it can be moved to 5. She said sure just make sure you'll be here at 5 and not later because you have papers to fill out. Took MY info, knew that I was a new patient and did not mention where their office is located. When I was a block away from the building, I get a phone call from their office asking where I was, and that I'm late!!!! I said I was right there and that my app. Is for 5. Her respond was, no, it's for 4:40 but never mind. I get to their door and I'm standing there with another patient who's looking confused! On the wall there's a typed note saying that the office has been moved to a different building on a totally different street. I call them up and tell them, that my husband had to leave work early so he can watch the kids and that they didn't mention that they moved??!?! Her response was, "mam, we have been here for 2 yrs"! That's funny because the note looked like it was typed up this morning. Paper was perfectly straight and bright white, and she wants to tell me that it has been there for two years? Wouldn't they take that paper off the wall if it has been that long? And why is her name in the directory of the building?!?! Anyway, I get to the right address, and enter the office. The girl at the front desk tells me, that they don't make appointments for 5! Which is fine, but then why do you make appointments for five o'clock?!?!?! Then I ask her why is it that she knows that I'm a new patient and she doesn't bother to mention where they're located?!?!? Ragi comes out telling me that she will see me right now, but that I needed to calm down lol. Ummmmm what did you just say?!?! I needed to calm down because I'm confronting her dumbass employee who one doesn't know how to 1) make appointments. 2) confirm appointments. 3) show respect to her patients. 4) take responsibility for her own actions. And 5) apologize!! Was I nice? Nope!!! Why should I be. The best part is that her father the other Ragi, had his license provoked due to sexual harassment !!!!!! They're absolutely disgusting!!! After I left because I did NOT want to get treated by her, another patient come out of there again looking upset and telling me, "they're so rude!!! They won't even take my credit card"!!!! I replied "yeah but of course they're not going to mention that to you over the phone"! Boy do they like surprising people. Nasty service!!! Nasty behavior!!!! I was too shocked to realize that people with no brain can communicate!!!!

Dr. Monika was very nice and pleasant, her receptionist (the heavy set blonde) however was extremely rude. She had a bad attitude and appeared to be annoyed with all the patients that walked in. She was overly aggressive and laughed at patients with the other receptionist, calling them stupid and rolling her eyes at them. I found that extremely unprofessional and would never return to the teaneck office because of that woman.

She detected skin cancer that was missed by another doctor and then was able to treat it with Mohs surgery. I was very pleased with her and have already recommeded her to friends who are worried about skin cancer.

Wrong diagnosis of a skin condition and she was so absolutely certain in an arrogant and dismissive way about any other possibility and completely disregarded the correct diagnosis of another health professional, and of the fact that the condition improved significantly and quickly with a medication she insisted could have no affect and that the results I got could only be coincidence and the condition would return. I finished that course of that medication and the problem completely cleared and never returned.

Wonderful doctor. Very knowledgeable and skilled. Takes you early when they can. Very flexible and nice. Board certified and expert MOHs surgery staff.
