I did not feel as if Dr. Lanna was interested in me as a patient. Rather, I felt as if he was interested in getting me out of the door. It was as if he and his staff were more interested in throughput than he was patient care. I know there are pressures to see many patients, especially in RI, to maintain profitability. But, as senior citizen it's sad to see deteriorating healthcare treatment.
