I have gone to Dr Gaffney for over 10 years. I like him but his office staff have become downright pompous and unfriendly.

He does not care at all about a patient. What else can I say? Also not very knowlegeable. And it looks like he is super busy. You cannot make an appointment with Dr. Gaffney on a short notice.
