I have been to his office once and am about to make an appointment for my son to see him. Dr. Riffe is extremely knowledgeable and has the most dynamic personality! His staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I cannot say enough good things about this office. I am so pleased that I went to him.

A great experience! The staff are amazing, kind and dedicated to making sure you're satisfied and your concerns are answered. Cathy/Kathy is on top of the initial work up and the rest of the staff follow suit. Dr. Riffe made sure to take his time to answer my questions though there was a full waiting room. I never felt like it was a "cattle call" visit. Overall I was very satisfied that doctors and staff feel like they should take care of people. Thank you so much guys!

Amazing service, staff, and doctor. With the beginnings of bleeding in my eye related to my undiagnosed high blood pressure, this guy called it. I've since changed my diet, lost weight, and have done things to make me healthier and to be around longer for my family. Oh, and I can see great with my new contacts.lol. Best doctor ever

All 3 people in my household see Dr. Riffe and absolutely LOVE HIM! As someone else here noted, he takes the time to explain things in such detail that it truly is like a mini-lesson in optometry. My son, who is just 9, recently got contacts and this was his second visit in a year to see Dr. Riffe. He's wonderful with kids. His staff...these ladies have it together and are always so willing to help and are always nice and polite. I think my only complaint is that I wish their caring, wonderful attitudes and nature would spill over into the eyecare side of Walmart. They are pitiful there. The girl that helped us acted as if she couldn't have given 2 rips whether we shopped there or not.

Dr. Riffe and his staff are absolutely wonderful. All my family goes there now and I send all my friends. He will take time with you and get it right. You don't have to wait long and Dr. Riffe and his staff go out of their way to help you. I've been wearing glasses and contacts for 40 years and he's the best without a doubt. I know if I run out of contacts before I can get over there they will mail me a pair. You feel so at ease with all of them. I drive about 50 miles to go there and it's worth every bit of it. I would rate them 10 on a scale of 1 to 5.

Excellent. He not only evaluates but, additionally, takes the time to explain. His explanations are like mini-lessons in optometry. He seems to really care that his patients leave knowing what's going on with your eyes.

Wonderful optometrist. VERY knowledgeable and VERY helpful whether you go to him for a contact fitting or a much more complicated problem (diabetes, ect.). Doesn't try to sell any products so he is always looking for the customer's best fit/most comfortable. I visited for a simple prescription to get more contacts and I left knowing that I will definitely visit him in the future for all eye related problems. Another plus is that he does not charge an additional fee if you decide later that you want different contacts (color for example) or want a different prescription (because you find it a little too strong/weak). I recommend that everyone in Lafayette County, MS visit Dr. Riffe for all their optometry needs.
