GREAT experience with Dr. Cooper! He made me feel so much better about everything and did an excellent job helping me relax. I had to have a uterine septum resection and he did an excellent job. He even took before and after pictures of my uterus and gave them to my fiancé while I was in recovery. Very knowledgeable and personable. I will be going back soon for him to do a HSG to double check everything since surgery.

Dr. Cooper and his staff are very professional and willing to answer any questions that you have without making you feel dumb. I'm so happy that we found him. He's helped us out thus far and we're confident that we'll TTC within 6-10 weeks. I would recommend him to anyone that's TTC.

So unprofessional! Laughed during HSG. Nurse at clinic had to apologize for his behavior. Never did an ultrasound and went ahead and had us do Femara and IUI (out of pocket). Spent 3 months TTC and they never kept track of records. We finally went to the University of Iowa and guess what? First day at U of I - ultrasound and now I need surgery because it was overlooked at Coopers office. What kind of reproductive specialist DOES NOT check ovaries?!? Please save yourself from the heartache of this level of incompetence.

I saw this doctor for 2+ years for fertility issues. We did Clomid, Follistem, IUI, and tried for IVF. My last cycle with them, they were supposed to call me and tell me whether to take a particular shot. They never called. I called and left a message, they never called back. Two weeks later a get a statement from my insurance company telling me that I have reached my $15,000 lifetime maximum benefits for fertility services. Now I know why they quit calling. It would have been nice to know how much they cared about my insurance dollars and how little they cared about whether or not I became pregnant before I reached my max. If I had gone somewhere else anytime in the last 2 years, things might have turned out differently, now I may be out of time and I'm definately out of resources to have kids. Do not go to this man. He will string you along until you don't have the time (I'm almost 40) or the insurance left to go elsewhere.
