He was the best doctor before surgery. He explained everything and was just gorgeous. I wasn’t scared as I knew I was in good hands.

I had a terrible experience in a surgery two years ago. I got another surgery a few days ago, and I was so scared of the surgery because of last time's experience, but with Dr. Lang as the anaesthetist this time, the whole surgery is just like a dream to me, I wasn't scared at all and woke up without much pain, Dr. Lang followed up a visit in ward, he is really professional, helpful and caring for patient well-being. Thanks Dr. Lang.

Came tot his website to rate a surgeon. But on reflection realised I had the best GA I have ever had, so decided to rate the anethetist too. I saw dr Lang before the surgery and he gave me lots of information about what he was going to do, and what to expect before and after. Woke up feeling great! Not much pain and ready to go home an hour later. Good!

recent dual carpel tunnel surgery required general anaesthetic - I have had many anaesthetics and had some grief with them. Dr Lang was exceptional. A very affable and relaxing experience but at the same time professional and comprehensive - immediate follow up debrief and useful advice. Highly recommended.

Dr Lang gave me a general anaesthetic in February 2015 for a major shoulder operation. It was the first time I have ever woken up from a GA without nausea and without much pain! Dr Lang came to see me after the operation twice, once in the recovery area, and then when I was back on the ward, to make sure I was comfortable. He was professional, helpful and genuinely interested in my well-being. I highly recommend Dr Lang.

Dr Lang was the best anaesthetist I have ever had. I have had a lot of surgery, but Dr Lang was the first anaesthetist to explain what was going to happen, in a calm, non-patronising and very reassuring way. He was professional but chatty and friendly, and I felt completely safe in his hands. After I woke up, he visited me to make sure everything was OK, and check that I had enough pain relief and no nausea. In short, thanks to Dr Lang, my stressful day of surgery became a much more pleasant experience. I will try to get him next time I have surgery.
