Some of the friendliest staff for a dentist I have EVER been to. Not sure where the bad review is coming from, I highly doubt they stepped foot into Dr Skiba's office

Really enjoy the visits I have had with Dr. Cynthia Skiba. She has always been very polite, and I feel as if she has my best interest in mind. I would recommend her to my friends and family. Really love the new office, and really take a keen interest in all the new toys they have there, makes going to the dentist just a little more fun.

The office is state of the art, with plenty of things to keep you busy while you wait. I filled out my paper work on a touchscreen tablet. The office is a brand new building and is very beautiful. I did not have to wait more then ten minutes to be seen, and they explained everything they were doing to me in great detail. They worked with my insurance company for me, and I liked this because my last doctor made me submit my own paper work to the insurance company. The staff was very friendly.

Not a very good or friendly staff, they are rude and talk down to you, refuse to accommodate with appointment times, if you don't like the time they offer then they pretty much tell you to find someone else. They are not good with children or adults in my opinion they aren't good with anyone. I would not tell anyone I know to go there. Please find a different dentist, I have also read several reviews stating that they add procedures that aren't needed. I am now concerned that they have done that with my kids.... sad just sad, run in the opposite direction.

I visited Dr. Skiba office for the first time today as a new patient requiring urgent care for a problem that a different dentist had caused the day before. I was pleasantly surprised at the willingness of Dr. Skiba and her staff in helping me deal with this diasater. They got me in the day I called and even stayed through lunch to make sure I was taken care of. Thank-you so much for everything that you and your staff do. It is truly a blessing that there are still great people out there. I would recommend Dr. Skiba and her staff to anyone and being a nurse myself I wouldn't go to anyone else now!!! THANK-YOU,,,, My family now has a GREAT dentist!!! KrisA Midland

I am new to this office...I am looking for others who can tell me what they think. After one visit each(my son, daughter, and myself) I am concerned that she is a dentist that fixes things that are not necessary. My son had one cavity when he went to our old dentist, I took him to this new dentist 2 weeks later and he had 9 cavities. I took my daughter who has never in 16 years had a cavity and six months after her last check up with another dentist was told by this dentist that she has 10 cavities. Is that possible?
