No listening skills at all and an awful bedside manner

Dr. Kudelka was very knowledgable. Spent time listening to my problems. Reassured me and called me with test results. Always answered my questions and returned my calls promptly.

Doctor refused to listen to complaints. Arrogant attitude. Refused to let me fill out survey provided from insurance co.

Very pleasant lady, and a very knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Kudelka and her staff make you feel comfortable, and answer your questions thoroughly. My mom does not speak English very well, and I assisted her in many of her appointments. Dr. Kudelka was very professional with the language issue, and she made my mom feel confident in improving her health. Wonderful!!!
