I would not recommend Chiropractor Charles Jeffrey. He runs his practice like an assembly line....crack crack your joints and move to the next patient. When I questioned him politely about the time spent at my appointment (5 minutes), he was furious and told me we were "through"! I had unfortunately prepaid for multiple appointments but the receptionist was very apologetic and did refund me my money. The only good thing I can say is that he was very good at giving adjustments but that was it!

I found the chiropractor Charles Jeffrey be arrogant, entitled and rushed through my appointment. I wasn't satisfied at all and would've preferred an honest consultation instead of being a sale on the books. I would NOT recommend this doctor. I went to Corner Chiropractic in Port Elgin and never looked back. Dr. Krista is amazing and fixed my health problems, and she and is often involved in local charities.

Years I've had pain in the neck and back. I been on many medications over the years. I gave up and just started to deal with the pain. I've been on anti inflammatory pills, muscle relaxants and pain medication for my pain in the past, the meds didn't do a single thing for me. One day I was by the dollar store and noticed the sign and said do you suffer from neck and back pain. I've seen those signs for years, and never bothered to make an appointment. Until one day I was in pain and someone noticed I was in pain and they told me their story their story with this chiropractor centre.So I gave it a shot. went thru the process and had my first adjustment. Immediately I had pain relief. Little things like standing or bending would give me lower back pain, not an issue anymore. Highly recommend this centre:)

I was visiting Southampton for the long weekend for a mini vacation. Was thinking of going home as I was in alot of pain. My neck had locked up and my low back hurt so much I couldnt get comfortable. I went to see Dr Jeffrey not expecting to feel too much better but was hopeful at least to feel a bit better as to stay for the weekend. I am amazed at his knowledge and the ability to adjust me and I walked out of there feeling amazing. Such a huge relief and ready now to enjoy the rest of my weekend. My only regret is that I live too far away to continue seeing him as I would most certainly continue with his treatments.

I was very disappointed by my experience at Port Elgin Chiro. The staff were freindly, and the wait was normal. But I felt like Dr. Charles Jeffery was arrogant and insincere. I felt he rushed through my appointment to move onto the next client. Although I have health benefits to cover the cost of the appointment, the poor treatment I recieved bothered me because the fee charged at Port Elgin Chiro is by-far the most expensive I have seen in Port Elgin for chiro treatment. I would NOT reccomend this clinic or chiropractor.
