She’s fine and so is her staff. No complaints. I also feel Joylynn Mansourati who’s a recruiter for American Red Cross wrote one of the negative reviews below. She contacted my gf about a job and Joylynn was unprofessional ( yawning, interjecting , quick to argue ). ARC should rid her and she shouldn’t be a recruiter in my opinion.

Terrible staff on the front desk , I'm pay $75 for prescription with visit but the visit in 30 second , the doctor don't touch me and no measure nothing !!!!!!No recommended this office and no recommended this doctor,in this pleace this people love only the money!!!¡

This doctor and her staff are terrible. Unprofessional and RUDE. They keep you oh hold for ever. Her care is also subpar.

I was going to one local doctor for over 20 years. Around 10 years ago I started having back pain and he was prescribing me painkillers, never sent me to get any CT or MRI. I am 72 years old now and I discovered Dr. Koch about 4 years ago and by this time I could barely walk. On the first visit she told me that there was something wrong and she sent me to get a CT scan of my back - and she did not have to do this especially on the first visit. Sure enough, CT scan showed cancer which grew in around my lower back spine - 1 more month I could of been paralized. Dr. Koch was able to schedule almost immediate surgery and the tumor was removed. Dr. Koch saved my life and thanks to her I can walk again. If I would continue to go to the same Dr. in Garfield all I would get is painkillers for my back and most likely I would be dead by now. I tell everyone about Dr. Koch. You need a good Dr. - go and see her.

I just stumbled on this site and I cannot believe what I read here. I've been going to Dr Koch for years with my family and never had such bad negative experience. The staff changed over the years some girls were better than others but it is hard to find good help especially in such demanding environment - I know because I run business too. You cannot judge a doctor through her staff - on the other hand comparing this office with others that I went to I must say that it is very accessible. I met many patients in her office over the years and well over 95% of them have a high opinion about dr Koch. I wonder who writes such reviews....

Just lousy all around. The waiting time is 2 hours and they want money up front. Then this "doctor" gives you a quick examination, is very snotty and just leaves the room. I have never met a more miserable doctor in my life. Seriously, stay away!

This office should be closed down immediately .... It is a joke. The staff bad mouths the doctor so everyone waiting can hear. Waited three and a half hours and there were still three patients ahead of me... Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL/RUDE DR I HAVE EVER MET! Besides the fact that she was a hour late arriving to the office, she then proceeded to have me wait an additional TWO HOURS. When I was finally called in, she asked me two questions and rushed me out. She then was instructed 2 contact my insurance 4 authorization on a prescription and TWO WEEKS have gone by and still nothing. They will not take or return my phone calls, and I am left still with no antibiotics. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS QUACK!
