Dr. O'Hara is by far the worst physician I've ever seen. Appointments are rushed and she is halfway out the door before you can even ask a question. I was experiencing severe symptoms and she sent me for an x-ray which came back negative., When I wnet back for a follow-up I explained my symptoms were getting worse and she just rolled her eyes like I was crazy. When I insisted I was getting worse and not better she just handed me a list of specialists associated with Hunterdon Hospital and said "Fine, just make an appointment with one of the doctors on the list, and circled the specialty. When I asked her who she would recommend, she said "Just pick one, anyone". like I was bothering her. Not the answerI want to hear from my primary care doctor. After checking with friends and coworkers, and reading reviews, I picked a doctor. he ordered and MRI. Low and behold, I'm not crazy. The MRI found the problem and I am scheduled for sugery to fix it NO THANKS to Dr. O'Hara!! My next order of business is to find a new practice. Hunterdon Family used to be a really good practice, 0 years ago when I started with them, but all the good doctors left and it has really gone downhill. needless to say I WON'T be going back.

When my old doctor stopped practicing, I was very upset. I didn't really know the other docs in the practice and had been given an appointment with Dr. O'Hara. I was pleasantly surprised to find that she was not only knowledgeable, but also kind, compassionate, and had a warm bedside manner. She took her time with me and still even asked at the end if there was anything else she could help me with. I've seen her a few more times since and have officially made her my new doctor. I was sad to see my old doctor go, but couldn't be happier with my new one.

Dr. Jennifer O'Hara was the on-call physician for my husband, who has been experiencing terrible joint pain which was leading into numbness and tingling sensations throughout his hands, feet, and arms. We were told that should his symptoms expand in severity to immediately call the office even if on weekend hours. She acted like a cold hearted person, inconvenienced, did not seek to understand at all his changing symptoms, Nor did she offer any assistance, she passed us off to nurse indicating he would have to be fit into the next available working hours appointment. After she sternly told him that he was not an emergency. If someone is experiencing severe pain with elevating symptoms, it is unclear how this was not considered an emergency. Horrible bed side manner, lacks any compassion, and provided not soltuions or guidance. You do not want to rely on her for any care, as patient concern is definitely not one of her priorities. We later got better treatment elsewhere, with an office and physician who demonstrated exceptional care and recognized his need for urgent assistance. My entire family will be leaving Dr. O'Hara's care as well as the practice's care given her horrible service. If you want to be yelled at by your doctor than Dr. O'Hara should be your choice.

Dr. O'Hara is knowledgable, kind, and takes time to explain everything. She is always available for her patients and would certainly never turn away anyone sick as another reviewer mentioned. Her office does have Saturday morning hours as most do, but when they are closed it is sometimes necessary to go to a walk-in center if you're that sick. But that's why you call the on call doctor to help decide. Her staff is also very nice.

Dr. O'Hara was the "on-call" physician over the weekend and would not see my son, who had 102.7 fever and cough, but rather referred me to a "Doc-in-the-Box". He was seen the following day by another in the practice and diagnosed with pneumonia and subsequently spent 3 days in the hospital. She dropped the ball. I will never see her, nor will anyone in my family. Highly unacceptable for an "on-call" physician to not see a sick patient.

Dr. O'Hara is so nice and helpful. You can ask her any question in the world, no matter how stupid you think it is, and she will answer it without making you feel stupid at all. She has the best bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable. I recommend her to everyone.
