Went to his McLean office to get dermal filler for dark circles in April of 2021. During the procedure he said out loud he was putting more Restylane to my right eye. It was obviously more than the left side. When I go back for follow up he misdiagnosed it for swelling. I reminded him he put more on that side and this was not swelling. (I am also a medical professional) Worst thing I ever did was to let him talk me into seeing if it would go down. I return to get the Hyaluronidase, but it was too late by then. My skin is permanently stretched after 4 Hyaluronidase injections. Two by Bajoghli, which he charged me for the second one and two this year by a Cosmetic eye surgeon. The “bag” under just one eye is permanent now because of his lack of skill. What worse is him telling me I was “fixated” and it’s not that bad. His staff is no better. Do yourself a favor and avoid this man. If you do a deeper search you’ll see he was sued by UNITED STATES VS AMIR BAJOHGLI for fraudulent billing. Take my advice. Go somewhere else.

I arrived about 15 min. early for a biopsy appointment first thing in the morning. The nurse set up and gave me local anesthetic. Dr. Bajoghli was 3 HOURS late. When he walked in he grabbed the scalpel & went to try to do the biopsy (not even a "hello," much less a "sorry I'm late). I stopped him to say that I needed more anesthetic; mine had worn off, and he tried to brush me off and went agai. to try and cut me! I finally convinced him, got more local, and he did the job. Forget bedside manner. My pain aside, I wouldn't have been still enough for him to do his job. I was floored.

I have visited this office in 2016, the doctor spent a minimal time he could possiblly spend with me, didn't even have a curtesy of saying goodbye when he left the room and didn't come back. I was ordered some tests and no one from his staff even bother to call me with my result, so i had to call them a several times to get my result. I was experiencing a lot of discomfort and when called their office, they told me they call m back within half hour and they never called back. Overall i really don't recommend him and his practice. Plus he doesn't participate with number of insurances and you have to pay out of pocket.
