I thought Dr. Ford was gruff when I first met him and was quite unimpressed by his lack of a sense of humor. However, he grew on me quickly; he definitely knows what he's doing and has always been super helpful by calling me back at all hours and giving great advice and always being spot on with diagnoses. He is the best. I've just moved to Virginia now and am dreading another doctor because I really trusted Dr. Ford with my multiple health problems and was never afraid to see him like I am with other doctors...waaah. I miss him already. He's old-school in a charming way and the office doesn't take credit cards, but they will bill you.
